Guangzhou Hongyu Science & Technology Co., Ltd (Abbr. HYTech), which was founded in April 2000, is the business operation entity of National Engineering Research Center for Mobile Communications (Abbr. NERCMC). We occupies about 10,000 square meters general assembly factory buildings, possesses a number of commissioning production lines, and nearly 300 sets of excellent performance production, commissioning and test devices. Besides, we have a national mobile communication product quality inspection center, providing with nearly 270 items product inspection service. China Electronics Technology Group Corporation No.7 Research Institute (Abbr. CETC7) is mainly engaged in mobile communications system and device development and production, communication network planning, cloud computation application, PCB design and manufacturing, and Internet of Things technology research, etc. Founded in 1958, CETC7 was built as Professional Research Institute for Mobile Communications in 1976. China's first self-owned intellectual property in the GSM mobile phone was developed by CETC7 in 1996. General Secretary Jiang Zemin and other Chinese leaders tested the phone when they paid their visit to CETC7 on February 14 1998. The Research Institute attached to China Electronics Technology Group Corporation since 2002. CETC7 now owns a holding listed corporation (Guangzhou Jiesai Technology Holding Corporation) and an exclusive funded corporation (Guangzhou Hongyu Science & Technology Co., Ltd). It has built the Post-doctoral Science Research Workstation and National Engineering Research Center for Mobile Communications. Also holding and issuing the key magazine of China technology Mobile Communications. With a number of employees about 4,500, of which nearly 70% are scientists and technicians, including 28 specialists enjoy special allowances by the government of the State Council, CETC7 possesses a strong experienced R&D team, and undertakes a number of key research projects. By the end of 2014, CETC7 has applied 700 patents, of which 309 patents have been authorized, 153 patents of invention have been authorized, also won 115 Software Copyright. CETC7 has got about 200 achievements in scientific research, including 46 terms technology award at national, provincial level. In December 2007, CETC7 won the National Science Technology Progress Special Award.
